Project Lead, Office Management
Reporting to: Manager, Supply Chain Management
Role Purpose:
- The position is established to support the office relocation project from pre and post project phases for Company.
- The incumbent will be responsible to manage, organise and coordinate the activities associated with the office relocation project, interfaces with internal stakeholders, Vendors, Contractors, Key Consultants, Building Management, across the entire office relocation project phases. He/she has a strong capability to provide effective communication from working levels to upper management on progress updates. Also, equipped with good experience in planning and delegation skills to direct and assign team members towards completion and success.

Scope:
- Ensure effective and timely office relocation support for Company.
Challenges:
- To manage expectations and requirement from the company based corporate standards and business needs.
- To manage effective coordination and liaison with all key stakeholders including Management, Employees as well as external parties.
- Work and collaboration across internal and external especially with the appointed design and construction vendors.
Decision making:
- Decisions are all execution based on approved requirements and milestone.
Communications & Working Relationships:
Internal:
- All Employees and other functional counterparts within group of companies.
External:
- Vendors, Office Relocation Movers, building management/ agent and other parties as required to carry out duties.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Knowledge:
- Degree qualifications preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8 - 12 years of experience in building management and maintenance role in, with experience in managing office relocation from end-to end, preferably in Real Estate or O&G industry
Skills:
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point). Great written and verbal communication skills in English
