Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
- Producing and / or revising trading and marketing technical guides, manual procedures and reports for applicable discipline and business documents of PTLCL and translating intent and alignment with technical / business requirement of local and corporate governances of relevant standards.
- Framing of the document, design and construct relevant graphics as required by the document.
- Understand the work process methodology in client.
- Participate in process review engagement with Subject Matter Expert.
- Finalized the said document with Subject Matter Expert.
- Submit the said document to Work Process Coordinator.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
- Proficient in English – writing, reading, and speaking.
- Minimum intermediate level in MS Visio and MS Words.
- Rummler – Brache Certification or Equivalent Work Process Certification is preferred.
- Qualified Technical Writer is preferred.
- Have experience in technical document writing where commercial – marketing & trading is preferred.
- Have experience in stakeholder management.
- Have experience in facilitation and conducting session for document framing and development.
- Have produced technical document in the oil and gas industry where commercial – marketing & trading is preferred.
- Have experienced doing L3 document structure in client and understanding in client work process methodology is preferred.
