Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
- Setup Staff Training Database and ensure data completeness.
- Compilation of all training tracking and training evidence.
- Data migration from multiple sources to ECMS inclusive of housekeeping activities
- Continuous monthly training database update
- Setup and maintain PowerBI Capability Dashboard
- Assist in all Culture related efforts.
- Assist in PECAS and PECAS arrangements / coordination.
- Assist in any training arrangements / coordination.
- Assist in grant application process for HRDF with HRM CM
- Assist in PECAS implementation.
- Assist in setup and tracking of staff PDP/EDP.

- Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- PowerBI
