Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
- Administer and maintain Project Knowledge Management System & PCG Project Database includes document inventory, database and operate document tracking system, project documentation archive, filling system & records.
- Administer Department budget & purchasing includes operating the SAP, analysing departmental budget expenditure & monthly budget updates.
- Administer, manage & control Department asset includes PPE, Office facilities, Office ICT, Digital tools etc.
- Manage & Organize Department events, including meetings, general office administration, invitation & liaison officer for department.
- To assist PCG PMS Program Sponsor in the preparation of PCG PMS Launching Event.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration / Information Technology or equivalent, possess excellent ICT skills & good communication skills for Bahasa Malaysia & English.
