KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
- Executing the remuneration strategy through data analytics.
- Ensure seamless daily operations and timely issue resolution within SLA to maintain a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate team logistics, manage essential documentation and ensure a well-organized, productive work environment.
- Provide critical administrative support, oversee 12 accounts and facilitate for ER vendors.
