Administrative (Stakeholder Management)

 

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

  • To manage, monitor and execute job linked to SAP ECC6 & SMART system (Create PO, Monitor Services confirmation, release payment, verified milestone payment) within
  • project timeline.
  • Finance reporting via SAP ECC6 & Process Director (Budget Proposal/G&A, Variance report, Vendor creation via MDG, KYC6 validation, Monthly OPEX expenses monitoring,

    Invoice processing in SAP & Process Director) & OpenText finance reclass & back charging. Document Gatekeeper (Governance & Advisory Role); documentation expert

  • Manage Office Administration for Gas Business Corporate Level (i.e. Office & Building Facility readiness, stationary, Leasing & Contract Management)
  • Shipping & Logistic Management (Car Leasing, Shipping Domestic & International)
  • Provide onsite support for user within Gas Business fraternity.
  • Asset & Staff Movement management for Gas Business Corporate Office
  • To facilitate Logistic matters under Event Management (Vendor Appointment, Accommodation arrangement, Transportation, F&B, Other General Administrations)
  • Manage Contract related to building facility & services (KOPETRO, KLCCUH etc)
  • Manage both Domestic & International Office request/requirement.
  • Merchandise & Stock management

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Documentation experts, Able to communicate well verse with VP and above with less
  • supervision.
  • Healthy & able to handle onsite job that’s involve stock distribution and heavy item.
  • Able to write and speak in English.
