Position Description – HR System Analyst (Oracle & HCM)

 

JOB PURPOSE

Review and monitor the execution of HRIS operational issues and service request covering HR system governance, compliance and operational excellence to deliver effective, efficient and uninterrupted HR systems availability in meeting Companys' HR business requirements, internal control and creating positive customer experience. 

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

1) GOVERNANCE & DATA MANAGEMENT

Perform basic complexity data request analysis, extraction and formatting based on user requirements by utilising all tools available such as v-lookup, pivot table and other data analytics tools and evaluating the relevancy of the data to the requestor in order to protect data confidentiality and security.

 

2) OPERATIONAL SUPPORT 

Provide end-to-end first level functional support by analyzing and troubleshooting problems, monitoring of issue close-up, escalating technical issues to service provider as well as performing review and acceptance test to identify root cause and propose timely solutions covering end-to-end HR system functionalities and landscape.

 

3) PERFORMANCE AND SERVICE DELIVERY

Plan, track and monitor individual performance and service delivery in compliance with corresponding Service Level Agreement (SLA) by conducting periodic review of deliverables and service level to ensure issues or initiatives are executed and completed within the agreed timeline according to requirements and standards and achieve operational excellence.


4) CAPABILITY DEVELOPMENT AND KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT


Execute HR system up-skilling programmes by organising the scheduled & ad-hoc training programmes to HR Technology & System Governance team, based on the identified critical skill gap and development of suitable formal & informal training modules and maintaining the effective Knowledge Management platform to accelerate skills and competency development of global HRIS users, ensure data integrity, increase HRIS utilization and institutionalizing HRIS capability. 

 

5) CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

Execute continuous improvement effort on HR Technology & System Governance (HRTSG) operation and system functionalities by monitoring of recurrence issues to increase HRTSG operational efficiency and simplification of HR system processing and system functionalities.

Foster and sustain effective working relationships and rapport with the government authorities, business and management institutions, national and key industry players and service providers to keep abreast with latest development to capture new business opportunities.

Enforce the implementation of applicable Companys' procedures and guidelines and affect the compliance to statutory and legislative requirements to ensure conformance to the established Limits of Authority (LOA) to safeguard Companys' interest, image and reputation.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE 

 

  • Any recognised Bachelor degree in any business or HR related discipline. Professional qualification or advanced degree will be an advantage
  • At least 3-5 years working experience relevant HR System experience (experience in oil & gas industry is added advantage)
  • MUST have experiences in developing reports, presentations
  • HAVE skills in troubleshooting (preferred)
  • Expert in SAP HR solutions, Workday, ServiceNow preferred
