To support in establishing TNA/ TNI based on feedback from Chemist, SS, Technicians
To establish training tracking system and ensure training conducted as per plan
To send invitation for all training related to CLS staff
To monitor PECAS performance for CLS staff and ensure tasks assigned to the staff
conducted as planned
To assist TC in-role in organizing Capability Meeting for CLS
To monitor any capability related matter including HSE compulsory training
